How does your organization stack up?

Bersin™ is in the process of collecting data for the 2019 Global Human Capital Benchmark Survey, and we hope you will help! To bring you the most cutting-edge data on what is happening within human capital, our goal is to get the broadest representation possible across industries, geographies, and organization size. We hope you will contribute by taking the survey for your organization. Bersin is collecting hundreds of data points in six categories:

  • HR
  • Leadership
  • Learning & Development
  • Org Design
  • Rewards
  • Talent Acquisition

Fill out the part of the survey that’s most relevant to you, and use links on the digital platform to share other parts of the survey with the appropriate colleagues.

Any organization that fills out the survey will receive a custom report that compares its answers to others in its industry and geographical region. In addition, Bersin members will have access to an interactive platform that allows HR professionals to do custom cuts of the data, as well as to articles with our top findings for the year.

In combination with Bersin’s High-Impact research, the Global HC Benchmarks help organizations understand what their activity looks like relative to others, what best practices are in various areas, and ways they can get to the next level of maturity in those areas.

For example, this year, the benchmarks will look for the first time at the number of individuals within the HR function dedicated to employee engagement and satisfaction – including the number of HR leaders. Armed with this information about their organization relative to others, HR leaders may then choose to use Bersin’s High-Impact Workforce Experience research to evaluate their organization’s level of maturity in creating a positive, productive workforce experience. Taken together, these two types of research help organizations answer several different questions:

  • What does my organization look like relative to others – including competitors competing for the same pool of talent?
  • What do high-impact organizations do to create a workforce experience that attracts talent by meeting fundamental human needs for belonging and meaning?
  • How does my organization line up to the capabilities required of a high-impact organization, and what do we need to do to get to the next level?
