Help yourself, help others: HR Tech Strategy Survey

July 9, 2019

To bridge this gap, organizations must resist the temptation to chase shiny new objects and instead focus their strategies on the outcomes they are trying to achieve: productivity, experience, collaboration, simplification, easier engagement, working in the flow, or whatever broad or specific goals your organization of function may have. As with any invention or reinvention, technology will enable, support, or transform them. The outcomes must evolve from siloed technology solutions to a holistic technology strategy that removes barriers to productivity, allowing individuals and teams to do their best—and most meaningful—work.

What does that strategy look like? To find out, Bersin™ is launching its first High-Impact Technology Strategy (HITS) study—and we want to hear from you!

Be a part of this groundbreaking study to understand what’s next on the HR technology journey as we:

  • Explore the issues; challenges; considerations; trends; and lessons learned from formal tech strategy planning, execution, and evaluation.
  • Provide an evidence-based perspective on HR technology and digital human experience strategies.
  • Establish a resource on how to address technological demands, disruptions, and forces impacting workforce and work design.
  • Create a tool vital to the reinvention process—from assessing current state to establishing a feasible, viable future state.
  • Gain insights on how to navigate from current state to a realistic future state.

Fundamentally, we believe that technology and tools should work for the workforce—not the other way around. How do top-performing companies make that happen? We have our hypotheses, but we are excited to dig into your stories to provide comprehensive, research-backed guidance (including quantitative and qualitative data) on what is most relevant for your HR technology strategy and reinvention of people and business outcomes. We believe you will find the questions themselves as interesting and thought-provoking as the insights, findings, and other outputs that will soon follow!

Here is the survey link, where you will also learn more about what you’ll receive for your participation: High-Impact Technology Strategy (HITS) study.

Thank you in advance—we look forward to hearing from you!
